Rooms very a bit small and little unclean. We weren’t told that the water bottle isn’t complementary and what its charges were even after asking the room service staff that which water is complementary in the rooms. It’s extremely disappointing as they charged 35rs for a 20rs bottle which we could have easily gotten from outside if we were told. Half of the times there was no staff at the reception. Even after mentioning that we needed a triple occupancy room, we weren’t even provided extra pillows so forget the extra bed ( mattress). There wasn’t even space to move in the room, let alone keep an extra bed. Overall very disheartening services. Extremely disappointing experience.

They were always ready to assist with any request, making me feel well taken care of during my entire visit. The accommodations at Hotel Vice President were outstanding. My room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with modern amenities. The comfortable bed, cozy ambiance, and attention to detail in providing all necessary facilities created a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city. I felt completely at ease and enjoyed a restful sleep every night. The hotel's location in the heart of the city was a major advantage. Do not book this property at all even if it seems a cost saving offer. The staff at the reception is very bad. The reason this property doesnt do good and is blacklisted by Oyo also is because the front office staff is ill mannered. We stayed here for so many nights. They dont respect you at all. They think that they are the guests and we are their employees. Changing the reception staff will definitely result in more sales and happy guests. Horrific and terrible experience especially during check out. They mis behaved with us despite being from the same industry. We stayed there for 13 nights and ordered food every day. Not only they overbilled us but talked very rudely and refused to get the owner on call fearing that we will tell the owner about what happened. We stayed for 13 nights and not even for a single night our TV worked. No housekeeping staff at times. The cook is hard working though. He single handedly manages everything. A suggestion to the owner - Do not hire bad staff like these for your hotel. It tarnishes your image too. And make your number available to guests so that they can report what's happening at the property.
