Location is good near attala chungi. Rooms are spacious but washrooms are not so clean. The only problem is of cleanliness.. food was tasty.. recommended if there is no space available anywhere otherwise search for better options.. They have parking area.. geyser was working, lift available.. staff was good and clean the washroom and room again on our request.. It is okay okay rooms.. so must go and check rooms before booking...

We booked two rooms through online hotel booking app for our family. But when we reached hotel they denied the booking and told them that they don't have any rooms available. This kind of burst management they have. They don't understand customer feelings and believe in making moneys through direct bookings. But our Kanha ji was with us and we get very good hotel infront of Prem Mandir through direct booking.

One of the worst hotel and 0 management hotel Receptionist is very rude they dnt have which package you book Is your breakfast is included or not Even paying for extra mattress by my travel agent They again ask me They added food of other room in my bill Cleaning 0 Wasrhoom 0 Room size 0 Room accessories 0 Staff 0 Like in my lifetime this is worst hotel i have stayed in Better to stay dharamshala intstead here Too smelly rooms Worst part is thier resturant breaking time That person who attended us. Speak something else offer something else Like thier is 0% coordination in hotel management Purely unprofessional I am literally devastated Worst worst worst I can say more than worst

Rooms are old and AC is also old and hotel service is very poor. Dining plates are not provided at the ordered such as I've ordered four plates but they gave me two as their service policy and Wi-Fi doesn’t work at all. But the manager is very gentleman and polite in behaviour and also very helpful. The hotel's location is also very good as it's located by the side of the road and nearest to BakeBihari Ji temple. The rooms and service should be improved. I suggest anyone for nearest location and hotel manager's behaviour.
