Poor attitude of few staffs spoiling high expectations of this hotel which I had and stayed here first time. I am very much disheartened to hear these words " sorry sir kids will not be given separate plate because complimentary breakfast head count is based on plate count". Poor maintenance of rooms. Few helpful staffs made me to give 2 stars for this hotel
