Please dont waste your money on this hotel. 1st of all they will not provide you with a good room, rather they will try to accommodate you in basement rooms which are stinky. No wifi, no water in bathrooms & they will give excuse that due to landslide these services are hampered. This hotel is also far away from MG Marg. Plus the food is also not upto the mark. Please think twice before booking.

Cheap and pathetic !! The hotel is very money minded and doesn't care about guests at all. They did not agree for cancellation and refund even though we were stuck in North Sikkim because of land slides and could not check in.

It's a pretty good hotel to stay during vacation with family and friends. We stayed there for two nights. First night we got a really good room with all the luxuries one can expect in a decent hotel. But that room didn't have a nice view outside. Second day we requested for a room with a nice view of Gangtok town from the room. That was the biggest mistake we made. The second room was smaller, but still it was good enough at first look. The worst part came when we used the washroom. The structure of the washroom was such that the water couldn't pass through the drain. It was stuck in the washroom and everytime we used it, more water got clogged in the washroom. We complained to the staff but they said they knew about this issue, but still gave us the room without any warning. Nevertheless, the staffs were good and humble with us. And the best part of our stay in the hotel, was the food. Even though it's a vegetarian hotel, both the quality and quantity of food were pretty good.
