The hotel is very new and has great amenities. We booked the deluxe room and it was very large and comfortable. The room has a central heating system which was great. We also had hot water available at all times. The restaurant is also good and dinner is great. They could however improve the breakfast buffet. It is still good for a place in Lachung.

Me and my wife stayed at Jewel Kongchen for 3 days. It was a wonderful experience and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The food was excellent with a lot of options available for dinner. We were pleasantly surprised by the tasty dishes prepared for us. The heated rooms were an absolute blessing as the weather in Lachung can change drastically and the temperature can go down quickly. We would recommend this hotel to travellers looking for a luxurious and peaceful stay at Lachung.

It is one of the best place to stay at Lachung. We stayed with my family and really cherished the stay. Spotlessly clean. Food was simple and delicious. Our room was studio room with balcony. The view was unimaginable. The staff was cooperative. Manager Suman was extremely helpful. Overall awesome experience. 👌

HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!!! Easily accessible place with scenic views. Hotel is situated on the valley which provides beautiful views. I stayed there for couple of nights and experienced excellent hospitality provided by whole hotel staffs. Rooms were well-lit, had clean sheets, interior of the room is one of the thing that I am quite impressed about. The bathrooms had both hot & cold water facilities with clean towel & bathrobe. Another food is something that I wanna talk about, providing great varieties at such remote place. fresh fruits were served on the tables no sign of staleness in any of food that was served. MUST VISIT THIS PLACE!!! I ENJOYED MY WEEKEND HERE, YOU WILL TOO!!!
