Amazing & Incredible Property, Staff behavior is very humble, Polite & Cooperative. Service is 100/100 Well trained Staff help full behavior. Room interior are very nice must visit this Property. Also suggest their Duplex Rooms. Food Quality & Taste is Amazing Worth for money. 100% Recommended

We stayed at Justa Manali for 2 nights. Exceptional and polite staff behaviour. With the same hospitality they are going to be one of the best hotel chains. Guys at the reception were humble and helpful and the very skills of hotel management. Restaurant team was also very humble and soft spoken. The guy who overlooks the restaurant is very helpful and was earlier at bookmark resort (premium resort and now part of Justa group)Rooms provided beautiful and breathtaking views of snow capped mountains and were centrally heated. The entrance to the hotel should be looked at. I really wished if I could have stayed longer here but will definitely stay here in future.

Rooms - adequately sized clean with central heating Service- prompt, satisfactory and staff are ever smiling and well behaved, it’s staff quality that made our stay memorable. Location- good Himalayan views from room and balcony. Suggesting- kindly include green tea-bags in room service and some bakery items in breakfast spread.

I would like to wholeheartedly thank Kahan & Pushp for making our stay so memorable in Manali. Since our day of arrival till the check out, the team made sure we got to experience the true form of relaxation and comfort. We were contacted and guided thoroughly about the routes to follow while entering the hotel, not only that, they also had some really nice suggestions about places we can tour. The entire staff was very humble and very patient with all the requirements throughout our stay, staff’s hospitality is of high standard. We were blown away by the variety of breakfast options; not only that, everything tasted exquisite. The quality of food and room’s cleanliness & hygiene was well above our expectations as well.
