One of the best Hotels I will recommend for longer stays. Good breakfast and Restaurant is nice. Rooms are very spacious compared to other hotels I stayed in Kozhikode. Ample Car parking and hospitality by staff is good. I will come back again. Only one recommendation to hotel staff: please put pigeon spikes on the outer hotel side, that will help to keep the cars clean.

From well-equipped facilities to thoughtful details, the hotel demonstrated a dedication to ensuring guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast served was a delightful highlight of my mornings. The taste was truly amazing, and the variety offered catered to different preferences. It added a pleasant touch to the overall stay experience, making mornings at Kovilakam Residency something to look forward to. However, what truly set this place apart was the exceptional customer service, particularly from the reception staff. Midhun, in particular, went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and attended to. His professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly demeanor significantly contributed to the positive impression I have of Kovilakam Residency.

We have a great experience during our recent stay at Kovilakam Residency. Rooms are clean restaurent was hygenic and the food served were delicious .Staffs are cooperative and service minded. Its proximity to the city centre and temples makes it a nice place to stay
