I am extremely disappointed with the manager behavior. It is important to be cautious with booking and check-out timing at this hotel. The hotel manager insisted on charging an additional day's fee because we were 15-20 minutes late for check-out. Furthermore, I did not receive any reminders from the hotel staff.Although the room was clean, it was uncomfortably small. Furthermore, the condition of the washroom was extremely poor. I would not recommend staying here unless it is absolutely necessary. - The landline in the room service doesn't work. The lift is extremely slow, so I prefer taking the stairs instead.

Clean and well maintained rooms, the service was also great. There is a small lift to go upstairs. The staff are active 24 hours a day so you can visit anytime. Slightly on the expensive side. Not recommended for budget travellers. A complimentary breakfast was also given without additional cost. Hot water was available in the morning. Only negative thing I could find about this hotel is that rooms aren't soundproof so your neighbours might disturb you at night.
