First time at a heritage premises and enjoyed it tremendously . Good bed and rooms , though limited. Lovely inner courtyard typical of old Houses . Garden needs manicuring.Standard Breakfast included was functional and tasty .A very capable cook prepares Dinner and Lunch on order- enjoyable. Would recommend over the commercial food available in Mysore in plenty .Good spacious bathrooms , neat and plenty of hot water. Enjoy the mosquito net in the master bedroom - a unique period experience . Best of all 2 utterly friendly dogs- won't leave you - demand your attention and stroking all the time ! Do note that check in can take time as rooms need to be cleaned .Cupboards provision a bit inadequate. Enjoy the tea / coffee whilst waiting - a very generous cup indeed . Perfect for a week's work from home ! Centrally located in a quiet residential locality .Enough car parking space .

A beautiful property, truly pet-friendly, and a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of Bangalore. We had an amazing time with our two dogs and they got along so well with the other guests and their dogs. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff is super-friendly. Their house pet, Stony, is playful and after a few minutes, hit it off with our dogs and helped them explore the property. I'm going to recommend Laika Heritage Stay to all my friends and we wish to visit this place again and again.

What a fantastic property to stay in! And the cherry on top was the fact that it truly is pet friendly! My dog too can enjoy such places! We had stopped over for a one night halt. We ended up being super late the next day to leave for our journey since our dog was having every bit of fun with their in house pet, Tony. The who property is beautifully maintained, with very clean rooms and bathrooms. The whole place is very charming and the host, Hiren and his staff were very hospitable, friendly and welcoming. I have been recommending Laika to all the people I know who are traveling to Mysore. Thank you for such lovely memories!

The best place to stay in Mysore. my wife and I tried several hotels, but we ended up always wanting to come back to Laika (we would have stayed there for our whole stay in Mysore, I f it wasn’t for the fact that Laika was fully booked in the weekends). This beautiful and quiet property has four spacious and air conditioned rooms with very comfortable beds. It’s located in a residential area, so it is quiet there. but the hotel is still close to everything in Mysore. Just a quick tuk-tuk away from all the touristic stuff. There are a lot of yoga shalas in the neighborhood (one great one in the parallel road, 2 min walk). The hotel staff is great. They are very friendly, cooks fantastic Indian food and makes the best coffee we have had in India so far. We also loved the adorable dog that roams the property. We would not choose another place to stay in Mysore.
