Perfect stay and perfect location with great service and cooperative staff. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Vikram ji, Tapan ji, Babloo and Kiliyon for always helping us in every need. Much recommended hotel when coming to Lachen for visit to Gurudongmar Lake.

Keeping in view the remoteness of the property, I can't rank it as an unsatisfactory place. But, it was just OK. The property is on the back side of the road. We booked suits, and the rooms were just OK. Food quality was simple. However, people stay here overnight, mostly on their way to Gurudongmar Lake as they need to leave very early in the morning.

We had booked this place during our visit to Lachen, Sikkim. The rooms are decent sized and clean. However, the services can be improved further. They have an in house restaurant and the food is really good. The meals provided are decent and the portions are also sufficient. However, one basic requirement which we believe could be provided was electric kettle in every room and availability of electric blankets. It was extremely cold when we had visited the place and electric blankets would have been helpful. Also, for heating water you would need to visit the kitchen everytime which was a bit inconvenient in extreme cold weather.

The hotel is excellent with large spacious rooms. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and hygienic. Hot running water in bathroom and washbasin was provided. Please note Lachen is a very small remote town so don’t compare hotels here with city hotels. Keeping this in mind, the hotel was grand. Staff is cooperative and even on our way back from Gurudongmar lake they allowed us to use washroom in the afternoon even though we had checked out in the morning. Overall, a good place for one night halt on your way to Gurudongmar lake.
