Food quality was great and had a delicious lunch and dinner! Views from the room was incredible. Rooms were very small. Could have better with good Bedspreads and towels. Overall hospitality could be improved to make tourist more comfortable.

I booked this hotel for me and my two friends. The room was average. They gave us a room whose toilets seat was broken. There is no calling option at the front desk and we had to go downstairs to call them. After complaining they changed the room and gave us a room with the view. The food is tasty. The toilet jet had some issues rest it was a good hotel if you are staying just for a night.

The fact that the hotel is situated on such a distant location where they are providing there services id commendable, but the the same fact create negatives for the hotel as well. Usually you arrive at the evening in the hotel and leave 5 in the morning for Gurudongmar Lake, for this the heating systems in hotel is not very well maintained. the rooms remain extremely cold throughout your stay. The food you awesome, you get hot, unlimited & freshly prepared home cooked meals. The staff is amazing staff, they are very well behaved and help you out for your queries. You also get breakfast packed for you before you leave for the Lake and trust me you get enough to fill you bellies.
