We did not pre-book the hotel but the reception staff was courteous enough to let us take a tour of the available rooms and choose two among them. He gave us a discount in our rooms. Also, he walked alongside us to help us buy some essentials. The hotel served a sumptuous meal and had our breakfasts packed by 6:30 AM the next day. Very happy with the entire experience.

We stayed in Rufina Blue Pine in early October. The hotel is located just above a beautiful valley and has great valley views. We had booked the large rooms and they were very spacious and well decorated. Most of all, we loved the service provided by the Manager Mr. Vivek and his team. We were unfortunately stuck in Lachen for a week due to the flash floods and during this whole time Mr. Vivek and his staff provided us the best possible comfort and service given the circumstances and they did this without thinking about money. It's in times like this that the true character of service staff gets known. Would highly recommend visitors of Lachen to consider Rufina Blue Pine. We will surely stay again in the property when we go to North Sikkim next time!
