The room was very clean and quite large. The bathroom is very big and clean too. But there weren't any towels provided even though we called the reception and asked for towels. There was a lot of loud talking andnoise in the hallway outside our room at night. And slamming doors all night. This is of course an airport hotel so people come and go at any time but still there could be a little concern about what time it is. The restaurant is fine.

Located near to the airport. Decent rooms for the price - we needed it only for 5 hour overnight stay before the flight. Service was very poor though. Inspite of multiple calls, the manager at site Mr. Rishi did not keep the rooms ready and was struggling to get them ready at midnight when we had to checkin. Also non smoking rooms had too strong smoke smell which was uncomfortable. Rooms: 4 Service: 2 Location: 4

Good place to stay for friends/family/couples. Good clean rooms, good food all at a reasonable price. Location is a bit far from metro station, have to walk for 10 minutes which is the only drawback we faced.

Horrible place. Avoid it. We stayed here for one night during long layover. Our experience was extremely disappointing. We booked a family room of three beds, but they gave a small room with one bed. Had to wait for about half an hour to get the room. The rooms are dusty with molds on the ceiling. The reception does not answer the phone most of the time. The staff has no clue about the bookings. For long layovers at the Delhi airport, you are better off sitting at the airport than staying at this hotel. The only silver lining was the room cleaning person who apologized for the whole mismanagement. But it was not his fault at all.
