Under renovations till Dec 2023, no Wifi available. Cleanliness not upto the mark. Still the same, standard price of 2500 per night.

We visited the restaurant available here in the hotel and were not that happy with the service and food. The food served was not at all hot, the taste was not good, and staff was not available at times. For the price, quantity may be fine but taste has to be improved with customer service. Just an example, the lime soda ordered had the salt and sugar not at all mixed and it was at the bottom giving no taste. No idea about rooms, please check other photos.

The rooms were okay but it's a little rough around the edges- the bathroom wasn't the cleanest and there was a foul smell coming from it. The staff and the reception was very friendly and attended to all our requests promptly- as well as helping us with the last minute check in. Overall I'd say it's passable if you need a room for a night in the heart of the city, definitely could do with a lot of improvements though!

I booked one day stay for me and my mother. Had worst experience with the room. The bed was not at all comfortable. Some metallic things were projected all over in one of the bed and whenever we moved in bed sound was there. Bed sheets were not at all clean. The colour of the white bedsheet were yellowish and stains were present. The bathroom was the worst. It was very dirty. The bathroom tiles were not clean, the closet was disgusting with zero cstains . The wash baisin was broken and very very dirty. There were left over shampoo packets afrom tne previous occupants. I think the room was not cleaned or sanitised after each checkouts. Totalky disgusting room. The ataff wrre very friendly especially the receptionist. Room service was fast. The restaurant is also good with delicious food.
