It's an old building with an elevator that looks like it could fall off anytime. The rooms were spacious. If only there were very well maintained, I would have given 4 stars. The place is good for its strategic location, depending on your purpose, because the area is surrounded by bars, restaurant, cafe and red lights establishment.

Needs a major make over and cleaning in all places. Basement parking is so hideous, will definitely give you chills up the spine. Reception area is so dated, poorly decorated. Lifts are dirty. Hallways are dirty.

The room wasn't clean. outlets were not in good condition. I had to call for assistance twice. And the bathroom lights wouldn't turn on in the morning. Plus there was a water leakage. There are also plenty of flies in the bedroom. And you have to pay for wifi. But it was spacious and staffs are accommodating.

Room needs renovation and get rid of the cockroaches. Bed has also bed bugs. Also need to improve their customer service, especially their front desk staff. Not at all friendly and welcoming. Careful about overbooking as well 'cause they will not give you any refund, which was very unlikely and not fair. Location is really good and Kuya (The House Keeping) was also very helpful (Forgot to ask for his name tho).
