I booked a 1BHK which as a room is good and big. But surprise is that no microwave, utensils and gas provided in room. The room was cleaned everyday and cleaning staff is good. The bad part about this hotel was the way reception staff talked to my wife and the GM or owner(I don't know)talked to me for inviting guest in apartment. This guy should not be part of hospitality industry he said don't book my hotel I don't care. Request to all who read this review don't book for a while and show him how important is customer.

The rooms are small and feel like a dungeon. The customer service is bad at another level. The room service is very slow and not up to the level

My experience was great . Peaceful stay . Breakfast was amazing. Over all super experience for the price(2k per day ) . Pros :- Security guards are superb, they greet you all the time with a smiling pace . Rooms were cleaned daily , if they miss the morning cleaning session, they will clean in the evening. Staff were very professional and friendly. Cons - No view available for right side of the rooms . Please check with the reception to give park view rooms if they are available. No near by grocery stores , have to go 1 to 2km to find anything.

Stayed here for about 3 weeks on and off while I was hunting for an apartment. Loved every day of it. The rooms were super clean and hygienic. The hotel is brand new (4-5 months old on this date) and all furniture was in top shape. The bathrooms very nice too, but wished it was a bit more well-lit. The highlight of my stay was my interactions with the staff. Each one of them was very warm and approachable (front desk folks to the kitchen staff to housekeeping). Service was always prompt. My favorite part was the food. Prem and the rest of the staff make the best food (almost like ghar ka khaana). Breakfast has limited options, but all of them were top-notch. I was a big fan of the khara bath & poha, and esp the freshly made pappaya and grape juices. The a la carte food was really awesome too, and I could request them to make the food according to my taste. I esp loved the palak paneer & paneer methi malai. The rotis/chappatis & pulao/fried rice were really nice too. I can't recommend this hotel enough. It's a safe & great place to stay, with really nice staff and a decent location.
