The hotel was very centrally located. The rooms were spacious and clean with all the amenities we could have asked for. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Check in and check out was streamlined by the virtual receptionist

The staff shweta was very polite and pleasant. Room and bathroom was clean. location is which will be preferred for this property. The night manager was rude. he don't have ettiques to talk to the guests. Maximum rating I have reduced because of this fellow. the hotel don't provide even water in the room. the bottles are chargeable. it don't have Patio even in the entire facility. this was promised while booking. Also the rooms have ply as ground finish which feels very cheap in walking and staying .
