An old fashioned hotel in the busy rsussel chowl of jabalpur. The rooms are dirty, dusty and very old fashioned. The service is poor, reception manager is rude. We have two rooms booked and want to change the room after paying extra but the manager denied by saying that all others rooms were full but in actual out of al 20 25 rooms of the hotels only our 02 rooms were full and rest are empty felt like haunted hotel. The staff were not available after 11.30 pm, u cnnot even find drinking water after 11.30 pm. Do avoid this hotel specially when u r travelling in couple or with family. Only good thing is food. For Food only - ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Rooms are average. Behavior of morning to 7.00 PM reception manager was very rude but night reception manager was so helpful and cooprative. I want to extend my stay through oyo app but reception manager said that i will not allow to check in as the oyo tariff is very low and also told that the oyo rate is dharmshala rate and i returned all customers of low tariff. I dont understood that if oyo charged reasonable rate for room then why hotel not allowed for check in. But also night reception manager was very very impressive. Morning reception manager should take a training from him that how to behave your customers. Location is very nice. Allover rating is 3/5 only.
