The main door handles and toilet dor in the rooms were broken, there was no water jet spray in the toilet, and they didn't provide soap. When we requested these services, they denied our request, claiming we should have checked upon entering the room. The lack of a water jet spray was particularly inconvenient. Additionally, there was no internet service. We checked in at 11 pm and had to vacate the room at 5 am, making it an expensive 6-hour stay for which we had to pay 2k. They refused to refund any amount, insisting it was our mistake for not checking the availability of the water jet. This was a truly disappointing experience.

The hotel and the staff are very nice and well mannered. They have never asked for an extra amount besides booking. The best thing about this hotel are location, parking and staffs. They're really professionals not thugs & fraud unlike nearby hotel royals keys (they're literally frauds). The only negative point about the hotel is it's quite expensive.

I have never been to such worst hinderous hotel in my lifetime. The Bathroom smells with flying moths, they don't provide soap or body wash. hand was was dripping and made a pool on floor. The Front manager/staff at reception has a huge attitude - he considers everyone else as peasants. When asked for soap he smirked and said we don't provide soap, then i asked for body wash he said hmmm. Property is good only in photos and not in real. The washbasin pipe didn't have a knob. My list can go on and on. Such frustrating experience that we had to leave the next day after the stay as we couldn't stay more than 1 day. Even at checkout they didn't have the decency to ask if the stay was ok or not. Pathetic and waste of money.
