This was my second stay at Perch Apartment. I like the ambience and facility they provide. Rooms are spacious with good facilities. For a person like me with long travel days, their self managed facility for washing and ironing was very useful. It was a happy stay for me.

The only problem was we do not have Indian Sim Card cauz we need an Indian phone number to apply for … (nonsense when we are foreigner) so … cannot call, cannot received any mail, messages ect… And this company doesn’t get it than if they change our booking place we cannot know. So they changed our location. So we moved from one place to another one, then another one, then back to the previous one… and lost 2h before get our room. Bad service from the management. The staff was nice and didn’t received apparently the informations on time too. We can only blame the Management. Do not take breakfast, the chaos applied by the staff will make a nightmare. They mixed up everything every time, every single day. Better you have your breakfast outside for better service quality. Otherwise, Perch service appartement was great.for the place, and for the beautiful service from Angie 😍

The overall stay was decent and probably can't beat the value for the price we paid which escalates this to a 4 instead of 3 star experience. The rooms were at least clean and service was great. The hotel does offer a wide range of amenities like an in house chef, laundry, cab service, and more. My biggest issue with the property is its marketing as an apartment. These are not apartments with kitchens or other features other than one small hot plate, they're basically just regular hotel rooms not totally fit for long term business stays. We had some issues with hot water access and noise from both other guests and in the neighborhood. The rooms themselves, while clean, are a bit run down with scuffed walls and similar defects. Overall though, it was decent value and great service from the friendly staff at the property.

My recent stay at this place was disappointing to say the least. The room I was provided with was unclean and dirty, which was immediately evident upon entering. In fact, I have attached photos to support my claim. The overall condition of the room was dilapidated, with damaged furniture and peeling paint on the walls. Despite these issues, the only positive aspect of my stay was the manager, who was helpful and willing to listen to my complaints. He even went the extra mile to upgrade my room as a courtesy, which I appreciated. However, despite the manager's efforts, I would only give this hotel a 1 out of 5 star rating due to the poor condition of the room. I absolutely did not find the price of Rs 4000 per night justifiable. While the manager's customer service was commendable, it was not enough to make up for the uncleanliness and overall dilapidated condition of the room.
