Stay Review: Positives: 1. The rooms are big and nice. 2. The room location is good. 3. The hotel atmosphere is family-friendly. 4. Parking facilities are good. Areas to Improve: 5. Food inside the hotel is a bit expensive and might not be the best value. 6. Room service could be better. Sometimes, you need to ask more than once for things, even water bottles. 7. The food quality is good, but the service and staff attitude towards customers could be better. For example, during breakfast at 10 am, they closed everything without considering customers still eating. Overall, it's a decent place for a family stay, but it could be better for the money, and the customer service needs improvement.

The rooms were good.. Stay is comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good. We enjoyed stay and food. House keeping also good. But people In reception is not polite. Littile irritating.. The behaviour of the Reception team need to be improved in attending customers.

Poppy’s hotel is amazing for its great service. Everyone we met, like the front desk, bellhop, and staff handling luggage, were friendly. The breakfast had lots of tasty choices. The room was a bit old but still comfy and clean. Our stay was awesome. Representative Kala H helped us a lot, being kind and assisting us all the time.

Rooms was good,The hospitality from staff was excellent and pleasing.The breakfast buffet was also delicious with many options,also they had separate designation staff for welfare of customers. One problem we faced for 2 days was that there was a banquet hall and all the arrangements of furniture and decoration will take place till very late now and which caused heavy noise to us. Overall a good stay
