Task 2: Location: The hotel's location was excellent, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to public transportation and major attractions. It was convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Check-in: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff at the front desk were courteous and friendly, making me feel welcomed right from the start. Room: The room was spacious and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. Cleanliness: The overall cleanliness of the hotel was decent. Housekeeping did a good job of keeping the common areas tidy. Facilities: The hotel had a range of facilities available, including a fitness center, swimming pool, and a business center. I particularly enjoyed the gym, which was well-equipped and clean. Dining: The hotel had a couple of dining options, including a restaurant and a bar. The food quality at the restaurant was very good.

Rooms are amazing and clean, Radisson is my favourite brand in hotels... It is my first choice to stay... It has very luxurious rooms and the most amazing environment... Very well connectivity..... All the staff are good, kind and helpful.... the location is amazing and the best place to stay....
