Just about an okay resort. Outdoors are decently maintained. Rooms are pretty run down. Food is terrible. Quality of food is way below standard. Staff is quite friendly and a saving grace. Location is just a stone's throw from the beach but one still needs to walk for about 10 minutes. Overall, nothing special about the resort compared to other resorts of similar category in Goa.

Rooms- The rooms are clean and spacious. Includes basic amenities like towels, soaps, shampoo, moisturizer for bathroom and tea/coffee kit, a good working AC with TV. A door behind to get out and have a seat. Service - firstly I did not have the opportunity to request room service, but we thought we had issue with AC, the technician was quick on his feet and helped with the same. The service in the food area was excellent. But I believe they were asked to refill after the tray is empty and not before it gets empty. Location - best location if you are gonna stay in and just wants to check the closest beach. Other places are very far from the resort. Food - food is great to the most parts, the best of 3 is the breakfast. Won't have enough space in stomach. When the lunch is upto standards, the dinner goes below average. All in all a great experience and worth staying in case resort is the main place to visit.

Most unprofessional staff that I have seen in any resort. Despite less crowd they took 30-40 minutes for checkout and checkin . We checked in late in afternoon around 4:30 but still room was not ready. Breakfast quality was pathetic. Not a single dish was tasty. Breakfast place is very compact and felt like fish market. Refilling breakfast items was too slow. Spread was limited with absolutely zero taste. Charged my 7 year kid extra money. Pool was merely 4ft deep. Not a worth place at all.

Actually 1.5 stars. The hotel is near beach and not on the beach. It is just run off the mill hotel which fulfills basic requirements. Rooms - spacious and gen good. The bathrooms are slightly dingy (probably it's old). Remember to switch on geyser well known time. Most of the rooms r not pool facing. Restaurant and Buffet - Biggest let down. The menu for the buffet is not so great. Live kitchen and service are additional disappointments. Room service - m still waiting for my requests. House keeping - They were the only reason m still considering 1.5 stars, else it would have been zero. Pool - just ok.
