Had an amazing experience here, the staff was really good and cooperative. The food was top notch literally 5/5, we booked for both breakfast and dinner and it was amazing the taste, the service and the variety was amazing 🤌. Other than that the location was really good it was in the centre, the main city just a good 5 min walk away only. The rooms were really nice and we went in November so it was pretty cold but the hotel was fully centrally heated which was really good. Overall had the best time here. I was here with my family and extended family from UK and we all really enjoyed our selves be it the location or the service everything was top tier. And I genuinely mean it we all really loved the food here for both breakfast and dinner. And they even gave us a complimentary cake as it was my aunts anniversary which was a really nice gesture. Overall, this hotel is a 10/10.

It was my first trip to Kashmir and I had a great stay at Royal Hilton Pahalgam. Property has good proximity to market. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Service is very quick. Rooms have good ambiance and great vibe overall. The hotel even arranged for a surprise birthday party for me. Amazing experience

Overall hotel is good. Rooms are clean, sizes are good. Bathrooms are clean. Food is very good. What makes them extremely bad is that poor WiFi and failure to maintain temperature of room. You might feel as suffocated. In winter they start the heater only after 0500pm. View from the rooms are good. Location does not matter because anyways you won’t dare to go out in dark. And for horse riding and local car trip people come to your doorstep.

We were on our trip to Kashmir and Pahalgam was our first stop, my wife and I stayed at the 'Royal Hillton hotel', and stay was amazing to say the least. Located right next to the Pahalgam main market, Royal Hillton is the ideal place to put up in Pahalgam. The rooms are neat and offer a great view of the snow capped mountains and the lawns. Along with the amazing view, the service was very quick, anything requested by the room service was arranged within 5-10 mins. The quality of food is equally good. The property boasts of couple of lawns with view of the snow capped mountains in the background, the lawns are a great place to have a cup of tea while basking the sun in winters. Would definitely suggest to put up at this property if you are planning a trip to Pahalgam, the warm hospitality service offered by the staff will make your stay worth it.
