This hotel is gorgeously located in the prime central area of pahalgam. This has all the good amenities like room heater, electric blanket, hot water and power back up. We went during harsh December winter but did not have a single problem. The staffs are very friendly and was available all throughout. We travelled with our pet, n this is one of the very few hotels which allows pet in Kashmir. But they treated us, and our pet in a very nice manner. The were kind, understanding, and very cooperative. Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality!

At first we got nervous when we came to know they have a fixed timing for hot water and that there's no electric kettle in the rooms. But the staff in this hotel is to compliment for!! They understood our concerns and they made sure that we have no problem. I loved the staff, they are absolutely awesome. 💯

Most i like was supportive staff, as I was travelling with my 14Month old baby. Food was good. Rooms were clean. Got room with 2 beds where beds were heated and central heater system in hotel made it comfortable for kids stay. Would definitely recommend this ..
