Rufina Pinasa residency is an excellent hotel for a peaceful and safe vacation. We stayed over three nights in which we had a perfect service from the employees over there and they were too good in the work of serving their customers. The food which they provided was too good and healthy even for kids and aged people. Overall Rufina Pinasa residency is an extraordinary place to stay with family and friends.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever with great first impression of hotel . Everything about hotel was good. It had clean rooms with equipped facility and exceptional service .It also included breakfast and dinner as per our request and was really good with hygiene maintained with it. I was really pleased with my stay And I hope to be back for visiting with long period in future.

It was a excellent experience in Rufina Pinasa residency. We have been travelled all over India many places and stayed in various hotels and this was one of the best hotel. Every facilities available in the rooms and hotel and the infrastructure with a perfect view from the rooms are extremely good. Especially we have to register about the employees over there who were very much pleased to do their work with passion and their services were very quick neat and the way they handle the customer is too good. We stayed here for three nights with food for both breakfast and dinner which was extraordinary and delicious in every individual dish. They have proved the authentic taste of North East cuisine. Each and every dish we had for all the three days was extremely delicious and healthy too. Rufina Pinasa residence is the place to stay with peace and happiness for a perfect vacation. And today we are moving from Gangtok to Pelling for a stay over there in which we have again choosen Rufina expecting the same experience.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Thank you 🙏🙏
