Worst hospitality, Worst food. And that horrible manager who doesn't even know how to treat and dress up before the guest. And top of that even though I was Yelling at him for that he had no reaction. Avoid this Horrible Hotel.

The guy who sits at the reception has the most disappointing face. The behaviour was so cold that I felt uncomfortable talking to him. And the person who took us to show us the rooms had the most polite voice and behaviour but as soon as we checked in, he also turned into the reception guy. Rooms were average for the price but we were in a hurry so we had to stay here. Our trip to bakkhali was fantastic except this hotel. Definitely DO NOT GO here.

Pathetic service. Hotel staff so rude they are not ready to help you in any aspects. They are not ready to give you basic facilities like fan, tv, breakfast service. Fan speed is pathetic. Hotel owner not ready to listen any complaints they are enjoying in Kolkata.

Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money... The staff over here is not cooperative they don't know how to talk to customers. And it had just been one hour and a loads of complaints has arised. Tv's were not working,there is not sufficient water availability in the washrooms. . They have some idiotic behaviors with us. Staff is unprofessional. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst than a 3rd graded lodge... Worst Staff Worst Rooms And Worst experience. They don't even deserve 1 star!
