Excellent place to stay,whether on work or vacation, staff well dressed and courteous, no tipping policy.The hotel is very well maintained and is neat and very clean. The food, whether it is room service or in the restaurant is top notch, even the breakfast buffet was rich, catering to everyone's palate. Absolutely loved the hotel.

Great place for weddings and functions. We were there for a wedding. Food is excellent. Anything and everything was delicious and served with patience and care. Rooms are good with all basic facilities. Staff is courteous and jovial. The pool is on the terrace giving the view of the city. Pool restaurant and bar is very comfortable.

Pathetic is an understatement for the Disrespectfulstaff. Someone has to remind management of Sayaji Raipur that they're running a four star hotel. The front staff think they are still working for a cheap motel.Sayaji should Pay a better salary and hire well trained staff. My first two days of India trip was spent at Hyatt and their staff is a delight. I was in for some horrible customer experience at Sayaji. Never ever returning and will never recommend Sayaji to anyone.Save yourself the grace and go to Hyatt. Their review I will post on their site.

The Best hotel i would have ever lived at. If there would have been more than 5 star i would have rated it the best. The hotel and infrastructure and overall everything including seevices and staff support is so so good one would ever experience. The stay and the service was so so awesome that i will "ONLY PREFER TO COME TO SAYAJI HOTEL" as and when I visit Raipur. Mr. Shrikant Nuniya from Housekeeping department was so kind and helping that he made sure we get more than what was required.i would recommend everyone to please visit once and experience the bestest stay experience ever.

I had booked three rooms for a family vacation between 21st and 23rd November 2023. Rooms I requested was not provided even after calling them thrice since the time of booking. Wifi is very bad and continuously disconnects.Rooms are badly managed and there are sepages in the rooms. Restaurant on the rooftop is full of mosquitos. Overall a very bad experience. Staff is also non cooperative. Furnitures are very old and in bad shape. However, breakfast provided was good.
