The hotel is situated in a prime location with ample car parking space. Executive rooms were quite spacious, clean and had a city view on the other side. Breakfast buffet was delicious and had wide variety of options. Responsive staff. Though, some improvements related to the room service could be made for more comfortable stay. Also, the food price is more than expensive. Hotel is beautiful and grandiose but is not properly managed. Thank you for the services.

They claimed being 5 Star hotel, however, they deserved 1 start hotel. No doubt hotel is big, rooms are big but no maintenance and management. No service, all things are faulty and not functional. Cockroaches are moving, AC not working, jet not working, expiry supplies and many more issues. Food is also not good. Pathetic experience and will advise management to take care of each and every thing if they would like to continue with the hotel.

No wifi connectivity Mosquitoes both in daytime and night Intercom was not working Only the dental ki and shaving kit on request was provided. Of course body cleaner and sampoo bottles which was never replenished. TV no cable connection food menu same for the entire 4days of stay No provision of packed breakfast for early people with early departures. How many stars such a hotel should deserve?

Service is not good. Rooms are very suffocated one.. really no room ventilation. Poor hotel. I never felt so bad ever with any hotel service. Only they do argument. If you have cold and your r traveling to stay at this hotel don't ever.. Badly suffocating. If I get owner number I would definitely complaint him regarding this kind of service. So unprofessional staff and maintenance one.. When I said I am facing so much issues from last night their replies like this" to checkout kar Lona itna kya hai".
