This place is outstanding .The room the service is excellent. We had our two year old baby with us and they had so many activities that he enjoyed and we too had a relaxing time . The staff’s hospitality is worth worth applauding the entire staff is so kind , generous and helpful . The horse riding staff that and the others also very helping and The food or the room service you say is just before time … loved the property . The view from our camp room was just excellent . The food is highly delectable . I and my husband had a great time doing all the activities at …. Beautiful resort , excellent management , very kind staff …. you’ll have this thing written on your vehicles “experience hospitality” you’ll really mean this because we were awestruck by the hospitality.

What an amazing place. Beautiful location , Serene as the name . We went for a destination wedding recently. I must say, so well managed , decore was ready before we arrived , service team was ever-ready , food was delicious. They managed the entire event with precision. Everyone enjoyed. Kudos team Sereniity ..! Highly recommended !!!

Very bad and slow service. Need to keep on asking for tea refil, napkins, restaurant closes in the afternoon then they don't take any orders. Geyser didn't work. Breakfast was mundane just poha, paratha, idli, tea waa cold. Literally had to crib for every thing. Skip it. Far better options available in lonavala at this price. Not recommended
