Very bad servicing. Not upto their words. Book anywhere else near this location but not this place. Your reply to this review is just nonsense since only two of our guests were gonna stay over night and the other two had just come to freshen up and go back. Your staff didn't allow them to even go to the room at all. So I don't care about you saying we had not booked rooms properly. Cause we had an extra room available at KBA. The way your staff responded to the requests raised by our guests for not letting them inside even to change their clothes shows the treatment given by your hotel. As they never said that all four of them are gonna stay overnight so I don't get your point of blabbering all this nonsense. And why wasn't the person who had booked the room informed about this situation..this shows the poor communication service provided by your Hotel. And we were told extra beds would be provided if there were extra persons included but in the end they disagreed with any of their words said earlier just because we had booked 5 rooms and then cancelled 4 other rooms(FYI which was done on the same day of booking). All together I would say worst experience for the guests and us to have booked that single room there, better should have cancelled all the bookings to have not been into this chaotic hotel experience. And yes, don't book any of your rooms here better go to any other hotel around this location rather than this secluded hotel.

.Me and my husband experienced a truly homely and economical atmosphere during our delightful three-day stay at Bangalore Vasant Nagar "Stay Inn" on Millers Road from November 13th to 16th. The rooms were impeccably clean and so were the bathrooms that enhanced our comfort.Meanwhile the attentive staff, both at the reception and in the service team, were consistently pleasant and responsive. Despite the absence of an on-site restaurant, the dedicated staff went above and beyond to serve us breakfast, lunch, and tea round the clock, making our stay not only comfortable but also highly affordable. Situated at a prime location in the heart of Bangalore, the inn facilitated easy access for our travels, making our overall experience thoroughly enjoyable. Highly recommended for a welcoming, economical, and convenient stay.
