Sterling Panchgani is located on small hill top with breathtaking view of the valley, a view you would love to see everyday in the morning. The service of the staff was impeccable especially Mr Deepak Shelar, always asking us what we needed and delivering it promptly. The food was tasty and hygienic with good quantity. We enjoyed a lot in the rec room. Our overall stay was very good with really good staff and property. 100% recommended for your weekend stay👍🏻

We recently stayed at this hotel. This hotel is very run down. The property was not clean and there was a constant bad odour from the washroom. We had to call cleaning services twice a day. The breakfast was just okay. It took them very long to make a toast and omelette. By the time one came, the other was cold. Very disappointing. The only plus point was the staff service and the game and karaoke room. I would never visit this property again and its location is not convenient at all. Only a few rooms had a valley view. I’d give a one star ⭐️ rating.

The worst sterling chain I have ever stayed.... Although the pics posted in Google was quiet appealing, the real scenario is totally different... First of all, it's a tiny property with minimal space and facilities... The view from the room is totally disappointing. We just can see an old building just in front of the hotel(not the mountain as shown in the pics). Further, the receptionist informed that ther are hardly three rooms from which we can have some good view. The rooms were not cleaned properly and bad odour was coming from washroom. As the bedcovers were not clean, we made them change instantly.The response of the employees are slow. Food and restaurant service not upto the mark. Totally disappointed with the stay as sterlings is one of my favourite hotel chains. Hope concerned management will put in efforts to improve the stay experience in future.

Got completely fooled by the photos on their website, the actual location is nothing like it. Well done Sterling with the clever photography, concealing the eyesores and unimpressive neighbourhood. Booked for 2 nights on Agoda, for 31st Dec and 1st Jan 2024, for ₹20K non refundable. The neighbourhood has streets strewn with litter and semi abandoned buildings. The Garden view room which I booked had a view of a wall. We protested and they gave us a room on the first floor, a so called Valley view room, that is partially obscured by what looks like an abandoned apartment building...The property needs better maintenance and cleaning. Found a cushion with torn cover in the room. Bed was comfortable, which was the only consolation. This property should be classified 2 star and not 3 star. Worst hotel experience, unlike the other Sterling hotels we have stayed in South India.

Really i booked very nice hotel where i enjoyed a lot. The service provided by the staff really it was awesome. Very cooperative staff. The manager (Sanjay) is provided good service and also guide us regarding the local place visit. He is really very nice person and provided very good support to us also guide us for the local visit. I recommend everyone to visit that place and book the same hotel.
