ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOTEL!!! STAY HERE ONLY IF YOU DARE!!! During my 5-day stay in room no. 210, I encountered the following nightmarish issues: Reception and Housekeeping Behavior: The conduct of the lady staff at the reception (specifically, Mohini) and housekeeping is shockingly poor and disrespectful. Daily Checkout Queries: Despite informing them during check-in about a 5-day stay, housekeeping/security guard/waiters repeatedly questioned my checkout plans every day when I left the room. Abrupt Checkout Demand: At 10 am in the morning, their lady reception staff intrusively came to my room and insisted on an immediate checkout, citing that the room had been booked for a marriage event. This occurred despite our prior reservation for a 5-day stay. Tea Saga: Ordering a simple tea at 4 pm turned into a saga of incompetence. The restaurant staff took an astonishing 45 minutes on multiple occasions to prepare and serve a basic beverage. Substandard Extra Mattress: Upon requesting an extra mattress, I received a shabby 1-inch thin thermocol sheet, for which they audaciously charged 300 rs/day. Intrusive Restaurant Calls: The restaurant compounded the frustration by persistently calling every day, rudely inquiring about my lunch or dinner plans. Cramped Room and Faulty Bathroom Door: The room size is woefully small, and to exacerbate matters, the bathroom door doesn't even close from the inside. This is supposedly their newest hotel, leaving me concerned about the state of their older establishments. Water Scarcity and Unreasonable Charges: Adding to the litany of issues, the hotel fails to provide basic drinking water. Instead, guests are compelled to purchase a one-liter bottle from their restaurant, with an exorbitant charge of 25 rs per bottle. This adds an unnecessary and unfair financial burden on guests for a fundamental amenity. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU'RE READY FOR A TRULY TERRIFYING EXPERIENCE!

I recently stayed at this hotel, a kilometer away from the vibrant city center. The prime location made it easy for me to explore the nearby shops and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel is about a 14-minute walk from Kachhpura railway station, in proximity to attractions such as the Rani Durgavati Museum, located just 3 km away. The rooms at this hotel are thoughtfully designed and provide amenities such as Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and equipped with tea and coffee-making facilities. One notable aspect of my experience was the impeccable 24/7 room service. The staff was attentive and prompt in catering to my needs, enhancing the overall comfort of my stay. This hotel provides a well-rounded experience for both business and leisure travelers. I would certainly recommend it to fellow travellers.
