We stayed in the Sunset Valley Holiday Inn for three days and had a great experience. The place is located at a nice and convenient spot, and has a beautiful view from almost all the rooms. The staff were very prompt and hospitable. The breakfast was very nice and the staff made sure to make our Holiday a wonderful experience. We had access to hot water, and the owner shared information about the site-seeing spots. He also helped us arrange cabs for local site-seeing at a short notice, on a very busy weekend, which I personally commend a lot. I definitely recommend this place and can't speak enough of the hospitality and kindness the staff showed. Thank you so much! Will surely visit again!

We recently spent ten nights at Sunset valley holiday Inn. It is very convenient and located very close to Botanical garden. The place was spacious and clean.The staffs are so friendly and helpful.I would highly recommend this place for affordable and high quality services. Good to go for holiday with family and its value for money. Overall an awesome place to stay in ooty.

A very good place to stay. Especially the room behind the hotel has a good valley view. it has the full glass view towards the valley from the bed. a Night and early morning view is really good. there is no restaurant at this hotel. staffs can buy it if we pay the money. there is no tea shop near by, you have to walk to the distance. A very nearest place to visit from this room is Benchmark tea and chocolate factory.

During my two-day trip to Ooty, I decided to stay at this particular property and made a reservation for two days, paying the required amount. However, to my disappointment, I was informed on the second day that I had to check out. It seems that they had received a more lucrative offer online and asked us to vacate the room. It is evident that they lack any ethical standards in conducting their business.
