I had a poor experience here. We had arrived early and they showed the room that was booked by us earlier. But when we returned for check-in, we were informed the place is overbooked by 4 other customers. So cannot rely on their booking as we didn't get the room. Had to wait for 1:15 hours at their reception and we were repeatedly told to wait for 10 mins. We got fed up and booked at another more reliable resort. Also the receptionist was rude initially and blamed it on us and travel agent until later admitting to their fault.

At the cliff. You have an awesome beach view. Construction was going on and will be completed soon, hence couldn't explore their restaurant and had some inconvenience. It will be great to stay after the construction work. However, we had a nice time.

Very bad experience as there is construction going on in the hotel and they completely ignored the guests staying in the hotel and continued their work till night 1:00 am. When complained about it, they gave the excuse that guest occupancy is less that is why they extended their work. This was really not an acceptable excuse because I paid money to get peace of mind and relax and not to get harassed with full night construction work sound.
