Very bad hygiene of the entrance and the building. No facilities in room - no toiletries. No breakfast served, even though it was included in the package. Hot water in limited times. No hot shower.

Be ready to climb 7 floors with your luggages, if lift is not working. I have faced this issue.

OYO TOWNHOUSE 724 is in 7th and 8th floor of a shoping complex. We had to climb 8 floors with my aged parents as the lift was not working. We booked 2 rooms for March 25th 2023 and prepaid the amount through OYO App. They charged us more than 200% of the charges paid to OYO for early check-in at 8.00 am. They don't listen to OYO management even. Finally after Chick in they allotted us one room in 7 th floor another in 8th floor. They even did not bother to change the linen. They only changed it only after bringing to their notice. The proprietor appears arrogant and reluctant to even reduce the pre checkin amount to atleast 100% more than original price as he found that we had climbed 8 floors with luggage and couldn't go to find another hotel. You can understand his customer friendlyness. I never think of going to his property anymore.

The worst experience i have ever had till now, would let you know especially that if you are also looking for the cheapest hotel then also you don't have to for this one because there are lots of best upgraded versions of facilities at the same price or can say even less. The manager is a backward guy with a mannerless attitude because the owner is the same. So if you are booking this hotel after reading my review then this is useless for you. Thanks Please share the same publicly when you are getting the same behaviour.
