The best place to stay in the heart of the CBD Belapur. Locality is prime. I cut 1 stars because of the lift which was not clean and always occupied with the office goers as other offices are located in the same building. Yes, the rooms are neat and clean. Overall it's a decent hotel, OK for just one night stay and move on.

Residency is ideal for bachelors and couples for short term stay arrangements. Located in very convenient place. On ground floor of this residency there is a Dance Bar. It's is also surrounded by Veg non veg food stalls and hotels. Rooms and wash rooms are neat and clean. Lobby is very congested. Staff is co-operative. Family and children can not enjoy the stay. IDEAL FOR BACHELORS.

I really had a v bad experience staying here with my family The so called manager on night duty was really horrible. Early morning while the waiter came to serve us Poha n Tea,(the so called breakfast) the manager literally entered the room even as we were on bed and my son got up to open the door and once again while we were getting ready to check out again he sneaked inside directly. I had to scold him thoroughly and then the owner and also the other daytime manager came to apologise Traveller's please beware
