The service of peerless inn is awesome. We have stayed around 12 days with complementary food , whenever we are going restaurant for the welcoming moment we got from Mr. Ranjit is always heartwarming and ever smiling . He behave so calm and respond politely . Always we have got positive vibes from him. And last but not the list , the Food of peerless inn is really mouth watering. I really liked the food of restaurant Pavilion and the services. A big thumbs up 👍🏻 for their services.

Peerless Inn, Hyderabad... Recently had a small gathering of around 25 people (friends and family). It was very well managed and had a good time. Used the banquet services only. Everyone appreciated the food spread we had, both taste and quality was excellent. Staff members behaviour was also very cordial and respectful. Definitely a good place for not so large gathering.

Nice place spacious rooms good cozy bed for 2 people with a satisfactory bathroom. Good food but service can be improved during dinner & breakfast. Hot water was not constant in morning on/off may be due to high usage

There are so many mice in the AC duct, and they keep making noise. You can hear sounds from nearby rooms and rooms on the upper floor. The water stopped running during the shower; you have to wait and hope it comes back. The lifts have a terrible smell; you wouldn't want to enter them. One lift is slightly better, but you still have to hope it comes. You can smell something unpleasant throughout the hotel. The key holder for my room was not accepting the key, and I had to wait for 30 minutes for someone to come and fix the issue. During this time, I called them three times. The service phone's sound quality was very poor, making it difficult to hear clearly. The breakfast is just okay, and when I asked for a dosa, I had to wait a long time. Eventually, I gave up and ate whatever was available. In the bathroom, there was a small soap that wasn't replaced by housekeeping, so I had to use it for three days until it almost ran out.
