Worst place to stay. Located 5-6 Km away from main market. Food provided by them was very pathetic. TV in the room was not in working condition. No one was there to pick Intercom numbers even at 6:00 in the morning. As we asked for the breakfast at 7:00 AM as we had to leave early the reply was that the chef is not available and we can't provide even breakfast and dinner was in our package. So please don't even think about this place.😡😡

Bad service. Geysar doesn’t work properly. Has water shortage every day. First night they said other guests used lot of water so there is a shortage of water. Then we waiting 2 hours for water. Again next day same issue. They charged 80 rupee for a fried egg and took 5% vat with hand written bills. Even though the rooms are spacious but service and restaurant is very poor. The receptionist talked with a smile with me while checking out and all on a sudden she asked for my mobile so that she can put a 5 star review of the hotel by herself from my account!!! Such a shame. I just smiled back to her and said , “I would do it later”. I was stuck in the washroom for water and I used bottle water to get out!!! How can you smile and get a good review?

Very good and well versed hotel staff and manager. Nice view area from hotel room and balcony. Very Well maintained rooms and bathrooms. Recommended for a family stay.

Nice to stay, but the place needs maintenance. When I got the room, the bathroom no water in the tap. Had to call the reception for the water and then they fixed it. No problem after that. Good view from the SK rooms. Overall very average experience. Food is okish. If you need to book for a cab for sightseeing, do not book it through the hotel, instead book it by approaching a taxi driver on your own. The hotel will keep a huge cut for themselves if you book through them.
