I had initially booked a room for a two-day stay through Agoda at Townhouse 998 Hotel Monark. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was informed by the staff that an additional payment was required for early check-in, which I promptly paid. Subsequently, I decided to extend my stay for an additional two days while maintaining the same room. To my dismay, the situation took a turn for the worse when the hotel staff called me and insisted that I check out immediately, despite my extension request. The interaction escalated to a point where the staff began to abuse and mistreat me. Given the unpleasant circumstances, I chose to check out and sought assistance from Agoda's customer service. During my conversation with the Agoda customer service representative, the hotel staff claimed that they had accepted my extension request and were eager for me to check back in. This contradiction in their communication has left me confused and dissatisfied with the overall experience.

We have booked the hotel for 2 people and paid the whole amount through the application itself, And they decided to check-in and asked for the extra money which is charged by the vendor application. And the hotel amenities are also not working properly, the gyser is not working and the AC is damaged ( water leaking), we requested them to change the room. But they keep on saying that the electrician is on the way and the late night finally said the electrician has cancelled the appointment. But still the room is not changed On the 2nd day they changed the room and the bathroom light is not working in it. Still the room has not changed.
