A nightmare stay I recently had the displeasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was a truly dreadful experience. From the moment I stepped into the room, I was hit with an overwhelming stench of smoke that lingered throughout my entire stay. Despite multiple requests to change rooms, the hotel staff seemed indifferent and unresponsive to my concerns, leaving me stuck in a room that felt more like a poorly ventilated smoking lounge. To add insult to injury, the lack of basic amenities was astonishing. Not a single towel was provided, and my requests for them were met with nothing but empty promises. It felt like a game of hide and seek with the elusive hotel staff who were apparently too busy to attend to such trivial matters as guest comfort and hygiene. In conclusion, if you enjoy the sweet scent of a chain smoker's paradise and the thrill of chasing down towels, this hotel might be the perfect fit for you. Otherwise, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for accommodations that prioritize the most basic standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
