Despite reading negative reviews before coming here, I still decided to give it a chance, and now I regret it. I'd advise avoiding this hotel at all costs. It's a terrible place, primarily due to its extremely poor service and uncooperative staff. I feel like I wasted my money by choosing to stay here.
I complained to both the hotel owner and the reception, but received no satisfactory response. Their dismissive behavior made it seem like a trivial matter. I spent approximately 55k for my stay here, and the service was simply unacceptable.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was notably smaller than advertised, and the service was abysmal. Despite claiming to offer a variety, their breakfast options were limited to idli and roti, which costs around 20-30 rupees per person, and they charge exorbitantly during booking under the guise of 'free breakfast.
Furthermore, the service was appalling. The staff's attitude was unwelcoming; for instance, when asking for a second cup of tea, they rudely mentioned it was a one-time offer despite the breakfast being included. Basic amenities were lacking, like the inconsistent availability of hot water in the bathroom. When I raised this issue with the reception, their response was dismissive, assuring me of warm water after 15 minutes, but it was barely lukewarm.
Even for food brought to the room, the staff refused to heat it. They cited the closure of the kitchen or the owner's preference for vegetarian food, refusing to warm up non-vegetarian dishes.
When I mentioned writing a negative review on Google about the mistreatment by the staff, the receptionist indirectly suggested it wouldn't make a difference, claiming they have plenty of resources and new guests will keep coming anyway.
I strongly recommend staying away from this establishment, especially for the safety of women and children. There are parties happening here till 3 AM, mostly couples, generating a lot of noise, making it difficult to get any sleep."

Very Bad experience please see below for the detailed review:
1 - The staff responsible for early morning check ins simply denied me to provide a room stating the fact that they don't know anything about the early check in even though I called and informed about the early check in and they agreed to provide me a room with some additional charges.
The night staff argued and told me to get out I will not give you a room at 5 AM in the morning with the rationale how can you barge in at this hour and ask for a room even though I was trying to explain it in a very calm manner and sort out the issue.
2 - When the issue resolved they asked me write a letter re the early check in and then gave me a room and when I entered the room I got the pungent smell of smoke probably by the previous guest and I don't smoke so it was terrible for me.
3 - Their curtains can't fully cover the windows so I didn't had a good sleep at all because of the street lights
4 - On the second day I was trying to connect to the reception around 10 PM because I needed some water but the call didn't got connected for some reason
5 - On 3rd day I asked the receptionist to give me some water, they agreed but after that I waited for an hour and fell asleep but didn't received any water
Please note they only provide 1 complimentary water bottle and any extras will be charged
6 - Their so called deluxe room don't even have a calling bell in it so everyone used to hit on the door whenever they wanted to convey any message to me.
7 - After going through all that I made a last request which was to extend my stay for couple of hours which they declined"

I have stayed here a couple of times for business trips. The only reason my company booked this place is due to its location. The hotel is okay. The rooms can be maintained properly. The reception desk can be more lively. The breakfast spread is okay. Except for body wash and okayish towels, nothing else is provided in the bathroom.

The Treebo Trend Sahara is bang in middle of the commercial district of Shivajinagar Pune. It’s a good hotel for solo travellers on a budget. The rooms are well equipped with the basic amenities like TV, AC, hot water in the shower, Tea kit, shaving kit, cupboard, mirror etc. The only thing is some maintenance is needed. The included breakfast quality could also be a bit better.
