There is no heating at all, we were freezing. And the room and bathroom were both filthy. As other guests have said, the linen was old and didn’t smell clean/washed. There was no soap, shampoo, conditioner, face towels or hand towels in the bathroom and the bathroom was not clean. There were no bottles of water to drink. The hot water tank is very small so there isn’t much hot water to use and the shower goes cold quickly. And all of this cost $6300INR for one night

I had a delightful 4-day stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional support, ensuring my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast served each morning was delicious and offered a variety of options to start the day right. While the room was basic, it was clean and had all the essentials I needed. I appreciate the hospitality and the overall positive experience.

The reception staff is not so friendly and helpful. No 24 hrs housekeeping available, service is delayed and not good. Towels provided are old and smelly. Geyser works sometimes and then does not work at all. Staff needs to learn some basic customer service before working in a hotel.

BEWARE OF 5 STAR REVIEWS. THIS PROPERTY IS WORTH ZERO STARS. AND IS NOT WORTH MORE THAN 1000 RS PER DAY IT IS LITERALLY A LOOT THAT WE PAID 5.5 k /day for this below average place. 1. There is no restaurant at this hotel. Location is such awkward and inaccessible place that you can't find any auto or other food option nearby. THEY HAVE NOT MENTIONED THIS THING ON PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. 2. Rooms are below average.. Service is poor... Nothing much activity or view is also not that good.. 3. There is no AC OR FAN in room.. In winters that is ok. But i think it is required in sumemrs as ooty is not a himalayan destination 4. Photos uploaddd only reveal half picture.. The road to this hotel is not proper.. Climbing and descending in four wheelers is difficult task... I saw many drivers struggling while taking cars out from this hotel. Tyres skid and roads are kachha so that might create problem as well.. 5 when we stayed there.. The hotel was full and every guest we talked to were disappointed to find that the hotel is not at all what you see in photos... And all guest were angry that time.... Rest, if you don't believe my review... Then go there and get a personal regrettable experience. . Fot 800_1000 rs/day this hotel is good not more than that should be paid
