I stayed here for 6 days and my experience was so amazing that it forced me to visit the hotel page on google and post my review. First of all the location is too much happening enclosed with malls, pubs, restaurants near by. Rooms are premium with complimentary breakfast serving tasty food. Hotel service staffs are also very respectful, gentle and swift. All together its been an amazing stay here

Please don't ever select this property. Service staff is good but they are controlled by a Lady Manager who always says NO for any requests. From the day 1, we asked for extra Pillow, she said No, asked for coffee at 11.30 am, she said No, Room AC was not working, asked for change of room she said No, asked for late check out by 1 hour, she said NO She so Rude and never cares for Customers ACs are not working properly Altogether, it was a Nightmare staying at this Property It took 2 days for her to get Tatasky recharged, she just avoids intreacting with customers directly and sends wrong messages through her staff She made our stay horrible and I have read other reviews about her behavior, and I agree with all Whenever you request something, either it is delayed by minimum 30 minutes or never provided We asked for Mosquito repellent and it took 3 hours for them to provide 1 So, please don't ever ask anything from the lady receptionist or the lady Manager I request Owner to get a Better Manager to run this property profitable, else you will lose lots of customers
