I stay there over a week for a official trip. It is beautiful hotel. So neat and clean room, washroom etc. Buffet breakfast was amazing. So many varieties options. Staff are always with smiling face and ready to support especially Mr.Sanyam. He is a wonderful and helpful person. I enjoyed his hospitality. I recommend everyone to visit this hotel.

This was without doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I travel for work often and stay in 20-30 hotels every year. I stayed in this hotel for business for three weeks. - The staff are unhelpful and not knowledgeable at their jobs. Often questions or requests would go unanswered. - hotel is extremely loud, this noise is internal not from the street outside. It comes from functions held at the hotel with music played extremely loud at late hours of the night. It comes from hotel staff who slam doors in the hallways at early hours of the morning and late at night (this was witnessed on a number of occasions). Staff also will often be found standing around hallways watching videos on their phones outside guest doors - had to ask a number of staff to please move away from my room because it was early and their music/videos were keeping me awake. - Guests should check every single bill or cheque as I was overcharged on almost every occasion and had to send it back every time. - Linen is not washed properly, I had stains on sheets and pillows (pictured) on more than one occasion - Laundry was lost by staff and those that are not lost were never returned by the guaranteed time. - Staff do not collect guests room service plates from the hallways so often they are still on the hallways floors 15/16 hours later - Lift was out of order for up to two weeks of my three week stay - The pictures do not reflect the state of the rooms, they are basic and dated - The hygiene throughout the hotel is very poor, there are often mosquitos in the hallways and especially throughout the restaurant Should not be listed as a four star hotel. Will actively tell others to avoid this hotel, absolutely awful.

Excellent hotel! Customer service is brilliant, many thanks to Anuj. Pricing is very fair and the beds are incredibly comfortable. This is now my go to hotel for Lucknow.

We're on a non-smoking floor. However when we returned to the hotel yesterday night, the entire corridor of our floor was stinking of cigarette smoke (no smoke detector alarms? ). Even this morning, the corridor was stinking and surprisingly the housekeeping staff present was oblivious of the issue. Probably these weren't trained properly which is surprising for a Marriott hotel. I'm thoroughly disappointed 😞. There wasn't any running hot water in the bathroom at 1330 hours. I ran the water for 10 minutes but got only cold water. The property probably shuts of hot water after say 12 noon even though it promises 24 hours hot water. Got hot water after I informed the reception. This isn't the Marriott which I knew of in 2016-17.
