WE Hotel Chinchwad

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.The room was extremely spacious with a great dining area, Conference halls, party hall and Food was so delicious with variety of options thanks to Chef Mithun. I would definitely return to this hotel in a few months. Thanks 10/10 For Stay and food.

This was my second stay but both time felt that front office hospitability & courtesy was not upto the mark First time they did not extend my stay even though requested much in advance ( mainly because they book in bulk for marriage & give them preference over others as they earn a lot). The front desk short lady was arguing with me about payment over the counter even though my office asked them to send the link for payment . So I had to settle by my debit card Second time my booking was for 10 days and company paid in advance. I had requested for another four days , the front desk told me it is ok, but later a tall nepalese guy was arguing and was demanding confirmation mail from them. Again I repeatedly asked them if all payments received & they confirmed , but while checking out the front desk short lady said one days' payments was short. This was harassessment ( since I had no cash & my debit card expired) given the fact that I must have asked & texted at least 6 times in earlier day asking payments status & if they got full payment. I had to netbanking as the short lady said that she will not allow check out until payments is made. The front desk is rough, cannot follow instructions or requests and are very casual. Even after forwarding the payment receipt, the front desk asks for screenshot without checking their mobiles or in their system about receipt of payment Extremely poor hospitality TVs not running as they do not renew the connection charges. Even if asking person to come to see the problem they never turn up in time unless called again & again
