Booked this Hotel during my trip to Matheran, The hotel is surrounded by the beautiful nature. It has huge space for kids park, Garden , Pool , pool side restaurant and leisure activities where one simply sit , sleep in hammock and enjoy the bird chirping. The Hotel room was very clean and spacious, the room services included the coffee, milk powder sachet , toiletries , water bottle . The room had a big couch too along with the functional AC and TV. Although I didn’t get longer to experience the room service and comfy bed but the nature around it will really makes you lost in it. The reception staff was friendly, facilitating an early check-in. Overall it was really a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend for your vacation stay.

Pleasant Stay with Prime Location and Excellent Amenities I recently had a delightful stay at this hotel with its prime location just 50 meters away from the Matheran Police Station. The proximity to the market, lake, and echo point made it incredibly convenient for exploration. Pro tip: Don't miss the vibrant market during nighttime; it adds a different charm. The hotel offers diverse room options, including tents. The rooms are not only clean but also well-equipped with a sofa, tea facilities, and complimentary mineral water. Hot water is readily available. Tip: Keep doors closed to avoid monkey encounters—especially when it comes to your food! The staff is exceptionally friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel like part of the family after just two days. We appreciated their flexibility in catering to our child's taste by providing chili-free dal. We enjoyed all our meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—with everything meeting our expectations. The hotel also boasts a play area for little ones and various activities for adults, from carrom and table tennis to a dance zone and badminton. The architecture is noteworthy, and the build quality stands out. Benches scattered around the hotel create serene spots to relax. The cloakroom service was efficient, adding to the overall smooth experience. Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and comfortable stay in Matheran.

We 20 people had gone for birthday celebration. Excellent location, hotel food, room and service. Hotel provided a nice glass room with DJ for birthday celebration. Nice pool side restaurant with variety of options. Nice trip.

This is our sixth visit to Westend hotel. We have stayed at Westend with family, friends and this time I went with school friends. Each of our experiences there has been fantastic. We absolutely love this property, the rooms are clean, spacious and well maintained, the toilets too are clean, overall the hygiene level is excellent. The gardens are amazing, well kept and soothing, which gives you the peaceful and green holiday that we yearn for. Just love the poolside area too, where the buffet is set up. The food is yummy and of a good standard. We are so grateful and thankful to Mr. Bijen for the wonderful hospitality extended during every stay there. To end my review I'd just like to say that Westend Hotel has become a second home for us. Thanks to Mr. Bijen and all the dedicated staff who have made each stay there a unique and memorable experience.
