Room air conditioner is not working. It was on for 1hour plus but still feels warm. Informed their receptionist through WhatsApp. They told me to get the remote control from other empty guest room (with password provided) but at the end all 3rooms I went DO NOT HAVE A REMOTE CONTROL!!!!!!! Luckily the final room I went has it. You should have given each room one remote control so that guests don’t need to run up and downs finding everywhere. And also check in without a receptionist at front desk is quite troublesome. No one to open the door for guests, need to call their number few times only they picked up the call. Never come back again.

Nice & elegant room, Aircond very cold. Most comfortable bed. Many parking lots available. Value for money. Only the bad is no staff available at counter for check in purpose need to settle via WhatsApp.

It was a solid OK. - IMO, not very suitable if you have a baby with you; baby would feel restless - the room was way too small to move around, but the photo they show looked so huge - the floor is very slippery when its wet - room was a bit stuffy too - the cuddle pillow and mattress deco has beads on them; I believe those haven't been washed for ages. So we chuck it out from our bed - the water pipe leaked when turning it on Overall, like I said, it's an OK room to stay. Booked via Agoda.

The worst hotel, it’s too dirty ,smelly, can found some cockroaches in the room, also have hair on the bed. The hotel is not safety, didn’t have security or staff in counter at the night. The service center people also rude, just cut my phone when I complain the problem. Then they cancel my order on the apps, didn’t give me leave a review on their agoda page. The room pic they put on website also not match with the real room! Pls don’t live this worst hotel !!! waste money.
