This place surprised me with loads of offerings. A washing machine and a Dryer are available for us and it's in a room area where you can also iron your clothes or sit and relax. The family room we took was well equipped with amenities though they really should look into skimming the ceiling as it was ugly. The bathroom could do with some rubber mats as it was kinda slippery. Limited free parking and another surprise...1 EV parking spot! Paying public parking is aplenty though. It's a mere 5min walk to Aeon but nothing much to eat or drink near its surroundings.

The staff is friendly and helpful to us on the parking and this boutique hotel is located near the AEON Mall and some of the restaurants nearby. They provide a free self-laundry service located at Level 2 but only 1 Washer and 1 Dryer. However, the toilet of the room is a bit dirty, there is some dust on the ceiling of the room, and some dirt on the bed linen. Only provide 1 pair of slippers when there are two guests and limited parking lot.

Cool exterior decor with old wooden shutters! Strategically located with Aeon Station 18 mall located around the corner. A large food court 66 located at the main road prior to turning into the hotel. Hotel facilities are top notch, had the king size bed. Hot water and pressure was good. Toilet good size and with the decor of white tiles, impression of clean and spacious. Only down side, no toilet door! So be warn 😬 Other than that the air conditioning is good but hard to control flow of the air. Air con located too high up to manually adjust.

the hotel is pretty strategic as its located right next to aeon mall, we just walked to the mall and lots of hawker center n eatery shops that are open even late at night. they too has a Japanese cuisine restaurant in the hotel. room is pretty tight spaced, not the best view, not sound proofed so can get pretty noisy at times. provides their own washing n dryer machines so can save your money for laundry (+free detergent). great room service n friendly staffs. Parking can be an issue.

I stayed in the King Size Room with a window for 2 nights, 3 days. I had a room on the first floor. The floors are wooden, and so are most of the furniture in the room. Pros: - Budget-friendly (if there's a discount) - Air conditioning worked fine Cons: - Dusty and not clean: The corridors and room were dusty. I found a previous tenant's used, blood-stained underwear left hanging on the hanger. The pillows are old and do not support the neck. - Bathroom: There was mould on the ceiling above the shower. The towels had holes in them from wear and tear over time. - Lack of soundproofing: There was no soundproofing whatsoever, I could hear my neighbours from the same floor and above me when they enter/exit their rooms, footsteps, talk, use their bathrooms, TV, and the noise from outside the hotel. I've called the receptionist multiple times during the night about the noise but nothing was done. - Receptionists: The staff are undertrained. They had difficulty understanding questions/requests in English or Malay. - Parking: The parking isn't free and uses normal street parking, so be mindful of leaving any valuables in your car. - Speed of elevator and lack of stairs: The hotel only has 2 floors (excluding Lobby/Ground floor) and has 1 elevator that is slow and the buttons are old and difficult to press. I asked for the stairs in case of emergencies or if the elevator is full, and was informed that the stairs are attached to the Japanese restaurant and are only available for use when the restaurant is operating, making it a fire hazard.
