The room was clean and comfortable, and the service provided by the receptionist and ground staff was exceptional. The only downside is the lack of parking space provided by the hotel, so be mindful, as public parking near the hotel is ticketed, and the likelihood of receiving a fine is quite high.

The rooms are clean and well maintained. However, the rooms I booked were so small that there's hardly any room to place my luggage. Recommend you to select a larger room for a more comfortable stay. Location is not the best, but everything is nearby in Ipoh anyway.

When we checked in, part of the bed was wet as the window was open and rain water splashed in. Housekeeping did a quick and good job handling the problem. The placement of the toilet roll is so far back that's it's difficult to reach for it. No floor mat so had to use the face towel as floor mat. The stainless steel soap box came off as the screw was loose. Management should look into this problem.

The premise is located right on the skirts of ipoh town, not too far. There’s AEON nearby, and many places to get food around. As mentioned, it is not too far. Everything and every famous spot is about the same distance. Not crowded nor noisy. There are petrol stations nearby, 24hrs convenience store, and 24hrs mcdonald’s nearby just in case. The parking is easy as there is also parking right under the hotel, and at the back alley as well. All the spots are proper enough. The receptionist and staff are very helpful as well, not to mention professional. They also serve at very late hours! Thank you for this. The rooms are decent, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom is also quite big. Amenities provided are good as well. Excellent choice for its price.
